What is EFT Tapping?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a therapeutic technique which uses acupressure points to modify the stress response in the body. Combining the physical benefits of acupressure with the cognitive and linguistic benefits of conventional talk therapy, EFT promotes somatic awareness while enabling cognitive shifts.
Unresolved negative experiences reside as triggers and disruptions in our mind and body. The physical symptoms we feel from those disruptions (headache, tight chest, tense stomach, racing heart, etc), become attached to the memory of that experience and affect the way we see the world until we clear that disruption.
EFT helps to welcome our emotions, their intensity, to better release them. Using this technique allows us to become more aware of our limiting beliefs and unmet needs behind the emotional experiences. The physical symptoms attached to the experiences often disappear with the perspective change.

I believe that deep transformation requires time and integration.
I aim to create a safe and supportive container so that you can voice your concerns while feeling heard. Layer after layer, you will connect to your emotions and be able to release them.
You will learn how to use this practice for yourself as one of the tools to explore deeper and deeper your essence.
Your mind will be open to dialog with your body and heart.
What is included in your journey?
5 x 1 hour sessions over Skype/Zoom/Face-to-Face meeting
We will work on what is alive for you at the present time.
The more specific we are the more powerful this technique can be, I will ask you to choose an event / limiting belief / specific pain to work on.
